Return & Refund Policy

Within 14 days
If your scooter develops a fault duringnormal use within 14 days of receipt, we will offer a refund, repair orreplacement scooter at no cost to the customer, provided that the scooter hasnot been damaged, abused or modified. We will turn around the repair within 14working days and refund/replacement within 7 working days after inspecting thescooter.

Within 30 days
​If your scooter arrives damaged or witha manufacturing fault preventing its use, we will offer a full refund orreplacement scooter at no cost to the customer, provided that it is unriddenand all parts, manuals and packaging are present and undamaged. We will providethe refund or replacement within 7 working days after inspecting the damaged orfaulty item. 

After 30 days
​If your scooter develops a seriousfault after 30 days we can arrange collection by our courier at prevailingrates to inspect the vehicle.  If we determine that it is a validwarranty claim we will provide an estimate for repair. The repair will includelabour costs but any parts required will be supplied free of charge. If partsare in stock we will repair the scooter within 14 days, or up to 30 workingdays if parts have to be ordered. If the fault cannot be repaired, we willoffer a refund or replacement Dragonfly, provided that the Dragonfly has notbeen damaged, abused or modified.  Returned items will be checked toensure they meet the criteria set out in this returns policy. With refunds wemay deduct reasonable amounts from the purchase if your product is deemed byour D-Fly Group Ltd trained technicians to have been damaged, abused ormodified, and to take account of wear and tear.

Deduction for Goods supplied
​We may make a deduction from thereimbursement for loss in value of any Goods supplied, if the loss is theresult of unnecessary handling by you (ie handling the Goods beyond what isnecessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of theGoods: eg it goes beyond the sort of handling that might be reasonably allowedin a shop including riding a scooter outdoors) or for any missing items ordamage. This is because you are liable for that loss and, if that deduction isnot made, you must pay us the amount of that loss. We may request evidence ofthe condition of the Goods.
